Head of Customer Service
Full-time (Pasching)
Your territory
As head of our international Customer Service team you will:
Manage and coordinate the different customer service platforms (live chat, blog, help center, QA, etc.)
Lead and synchronize our international and partly remote working team members
Define strategic goals for the team that contribute to overarching organizational goals
Monitor all Zendesk activities
Strategize and communicate customer feature requests to the respective team to optimize Tractive’s products, apps and services
Be responsible for new employee training, development, and goal management

Your profile
Requirements:
Degree in a technical or an economical field of study or finished a higher technical institute (HTL)
At least 3 years of professional experience in Customer Service
Familiarity with understanding technical aspects and troubleshooting
Strong working knowledge of Zendesk or another ticket-based support system
Excellent English skills

For this position, we offer a market conform salary depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross salary according to the applicable collective agreement is € 21.644 gross per year.
